For EPRM access, please email the following required information to either caleb.l.jones.ctr@mail.mil or raleigh.a.onks.ctr@mail.mil:

• Name
• Title / Rank
• Phone Number (NOT DSN)
• Service or Component
• Major Command
• Installation / Base / Fort
• Unit
• NIPR E-Mail
• SIPR E-Mail
• Assessment Type: OPSEC, IP, MARMS, DoD Insider
